It is an addictive gateway drug which could lead the user to trying other dangerous drugs.
It will affect the body health wise and not in a good way.

Since marijuana is an addictive drug if the user uses it to much and can't get the desired effect from it anymore the user will try other drugs which can cause a lot of problems.
Marijuana can cause a lot of health issues such as impaired judgment, slow reaction time which could cause accidents such as motor vehicle accidents.. Memory problems, bronchitis and the list goes on. It is not good for the body.

yes it can be used for medical purposes but if the user is an addict they can overdose.
yes it can increase state revenue but at what cause; the lives of other people because of the after effects of the user ( car accidents).
Marijuana can be legal if it has regulation just like alcohol. you have to have your driver's licence to be able to buy it. If you do not have a driver's license then you need your SSN to be able to buy.Also kids are not allowed in the store.

Marijuana should be legal because it will lower down crime and also give more revenue to the state. It will lower crime because now dealers don't have to hide or higher kids to do dealing hence no need to put people in jail for selling marijuana. Also since people don't have to hide to buy it the state can tax it can make revenue from it that money can be used for state recreation.
