Marijuana should be legal because it is a minor drug. It may have some effects that people don't agree with and Ect. but in the end, it's not as harmful. We have so many children in jail for possession, that have their whole lives ahead of them but they're in jail for a MINOR weed charge. It puts way too many people in jail when it doesn't really do the damage that other drugs do. It should be legal to prevent ruining children's lives
